Abstract:
Excel file containing CPR data for area 45N to 70N, -65W to 20W, 1958 to 2021, sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater), for Calanus I-IV 1 Para-Pseudocalanus spp. 3 Oithona spp. 10 Calanus finmarchicus 40 Calanus helgolandicus 41 Calanus glacialis 42 Calanus hyperboreus 44 Metridia lucens 55 Metridia longa 56 Hyperiidea (Total) 82 Euphausiacea Total 88 Metridia I-IV 314 Pseudocalanus elongatus Adult 10742

For each taxa, values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74), values of 0.001 indicate presence only, zero values are absence of taxon. The excel file consists of samples in rows, with the following information in columns - A: sample id B:midpoint of sample latitude in decimal degrees C:midpoint of sample longitude in decimal degrees D:midpoint of sample local date and time E:sample year F: sample month G-J:taxa.
