This dataset provides the data and R code necessary to reproduce the analyses of our paper "Reinterpreting two regime shifts in North Sea’s plankton communities through the lens of functional traits" by Nicolas Djeghri, Aurélien Boyé, Clare Ostle and Pierre Hélaouët, submitted in Global Ecology and Biogeography.
